Language Mentoring

Supporting Graduate Students in the Independent Learning of the English Language

Churchill College MCR supports and embraces our diverse international community of graduate students. We recognise that adapting to a new culture is not always easy. If English language is not your native language, and you think you might need a little help, this mentoring scheme might be just what you need to make your life in Cambridge a little easier.

The language mentoring scheme is an opportunity to meet MCR students from around the world. Mentors will have an opportunity to learn about other cultures and help other students improve their conversational English. Mentees have the opportunity to practice speaking English in an informal environment where they can ask questions and get feedback from their fellow students.
