CHUtalk – Thursday at 6:00pm BST

Come to the next CHUTalk of the term on Thursday, 3rd June at 6pm and listen to Maharshi Dhada presenting Hierarchical Statistical Models for Industrial Collaborative Prognosis.
Although assets operate in diverse conditions, subgroups of assets with similar reliability characteristics often arise in a fleet. It’s efficient for an asset’s statistical model to collaboratively learn from the similarly behaving assets, rather than the whole fleet or using its own data only. This presentation discusses architectural, theoretical, and applied contributions of collaborative prognosis from Maharshi’s PhD research.
Keywords: Hierarchical Statistical Models, Collaborative Learning, Asset Management, Prognosis
