Edward is a fourth-year astrophysics undergraduate at Churchill College. He is the senior organ scholar of the chapel at Churchill, beginning in October 2012. Edward started his musical career as a chorister in the choir of King’s College Chapel, where he started organ lessons at the age of 10; since then his teachers have included Ashley Grote and David Sanger. He has played at various churches around Cambridge and accompanied local choirs — most recently the Fairhaven Singers and the St Faith’s Singers. Edward has a particular interest in early music, and is now enjoying organ and harpsichord lessons at Churchill with Douglas Hollick.
