Notes from College

Library Orientation Tours

The library team will be running orientation tours throughout Michaelmas Term, with dates available from now until 9th December. All are welcome to attend, whether you are completely new to Churchill College or are a returning student.

During the tour we will show you how to use the library catalogue (iDiscover) and how to find resources for your subject in the College Library. We will also give you our top tips for making the most of the wider network of world-class libraries and resources available to you as a member of Cambridge University. The University has over 100 libraries, plus online collections of more than 1.2 million ebooks, 130,000 ejournal titles and 400 databases.

Tours will occur in small groups of up to 5 attendees, plus one member of library staff. The meeting point for the tour is outside the Bracken Library in Wolfson Hall.
