Clare College Development Office Job

We are looking for a graduate to work up to 10 hours per week for the next few months to help out in our Development Office.  The job description is attached.

MCR Events


Story Time – Saturday at 11:00am

The event will be held in Churchill College Chapel at 11:00am.

The amazing Amy will regale us with great stories around a snowy theme.

We can guarantee this will be an entertainment you will not want to miss!

Amy will start by reading three picture books, followed by a passage from a book for 5 to 8-year-olds, and finishing with passages from a book for 9-year-olds and above.

We will be serving croissants and hot drinks.

– we ask you to bring your own reusable cups for the hot drinks

Conference of Everything – Saturday at 1:00pm

Dear Churchillians,

Conference on Everything, our annual event celebrating the outstanding success stories of Churchill College is coming on 6th November (1pm-6pm).

For all in-person attendees, it is mandatory to participate in the weekly asymptomatic pooled testing or take a lateral flow test (LFT) 48h before and after the event.

In-person and online participants are equally encouraged to attend the conference.

Book a ticket for postgraduate formal – 18 November

We are hosting a themed MCR event on Thursday 18 November. Postgraduates are recommended to book onto the formal hall on Thursday 18 November using this booking link: https://www.chu.cam.ac.uk/internal/catering/hallbooking/book/index.php?meal=7D225456-E52F-4FBE-93E4-34D1812986CE. The booking link will open on Friday 5 November. There are 130 places bookable by MCR members.

We will host a themed bar night after the formal. There will be lots of mysterious cocktails!
