Beauty and the Beast Pantomime – Saturday at 11:30am

We are pleased to announce that the College has invited M&M Theatrical Productions to present a traditional family pantomime of Beauty and the Beast. The production will be a fun, interactive show for all and will take place in the Wolfson Hall at 11.30 a.m. on Saturday 4th December. Running time is approximately 70 minutes.

All Fellows, staff and students are welcome to bring their children/grandchildren.

No refreshments will be served but the College Buttery will be open.

Places are limited. You must book in via https://www.chu.cam.ac.uk/internal/catering/hallbooking/and select “Pantomime Group-Students”. If you are unable to access the booking system please contact Sebastian via catering@chu.cam.ac.uk . If the event is oversubscribed, a waiting list will be held.

Please ensure all those attending have undertaken a Lateral Flow Test.

MCR Cocktail Night – Tuesday at 8:00pm

Hey Churchillians,

Don’t want the term to end just yet and feel like pink cocktails?! You’re in luck!

We will be having a bar night on Tuesday at the Vicious Penguin, with some Clare college members coming by. The theme of the night is to celebrate Churchill college with Churchill colours (pink!) particularly encouraged.

As such there will be a range of Churchill-themed cocktails from pink G&Ts to the latest Churchill Mule!

So come on by and try some awesome cocktails, meet up with your fellow Churchillians, and let’s show Clare college what we’re made of.

Yoga – Wednesday at 6:00pm

Yoga is held in the Jock Colville Hall.

Join our regular Wednesday evening yoga class. The class is all-levels and attendance is free to all members of Churchill.

You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you have one, though we will also provide mats.

CHUtalk – Thursday at 6:00pm

Dear Churchillians,

Join the CHUTalk on Thursday (2nd December) at 6pm with Michaela Taylor-Williams presenting Truth or False: An interactive discussion to explore how science can be fun and entertaining. Not yet convinced? There will be prizes and naturally wine and cheese alongside other non-alcoholic drinks and other snacks will be served.

As usual, the event will take place in the Tizard room but an hour earlier (starting at 6pm).

The Churchill College MCR Committee cordially invites you to the MCR Guest Night on Saturday 4 December. The theme of the evening is Greek Gods and Goddesses.
